Welcome to
The Retired Railway Officers' Society

The Retired Railway Officers' Society currently has a membership of some 700, who are retired senior managers from the wider rail industry, a large number of whom enjoy participating in our monthly meetings. Meetings are held in London and once each year at York and in the Midlands. These meetings take the form of talks on relevant topics and discussions on matters of interest, including news of colleagues, pensions and travel facilities. The purpose of the Society is clearly set out in item 3 of the Rules which are available to view on this website. The society therefore provides an opportunity for ongoing contacts, as well as representing the interests of its members.

Applications for membership require a proposer and seconder who are existing members of the Society and need to be set out on an official nomination form obtainable from the Secretary, by post or e-mail.

New members are very welcome.
